Shipping Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment (funds cleared), all orders are dispatched via a courier service using standard economy shipping (3 - 5 business days from sending). A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.  While we endeavour to have products in stock, certain products are made to order as the suppliers are small businesses.  Except where otherwise noted in the product narrative, you can generally expect a lead time of 2 - 3 weeks for craftsmen to work their magic!

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
